Personal record keeping

MoneyFlow helps you record income and expenses, plan a budget and follow savings goals. You enter and manage your own financial records.

The app does not connect to your bank, hold money or move funds. A deposit, loan or subscription record reflects the information you enter; it does not open a deposit, repay a loan or change an agreement with another provider.

Calculations and decisions

Balances, daily allowances and other summaries are calculated from your records and selected settings. Check amounts, dates, currencies and terms before relying on a result for a financial decision.

MoneyFlow is a record-keeping tool and does not provide individual financial, investment or tax advice. Selecting a currency lets you view records in that currency and does not exchange money.

Your device and iCloud

Records are stored on your device and can sync between your devices when iCloud is available. iCloud depends on Apple's services and your Apple Account settings; immediate sync is not guaranteed.

Before deleting the app or changing storage settings, check where the records you need are saved. MoneyFlow support does not have access to your private iCloud database and cannot recover records from it on your behalf.

App Store and other services

When you obtain the app through the App Store, the relevant Apple terms also apply, including the license terms listed for the app in the store. Apple's terms govern your use of iCloud.

The Recurring payments section keeps a record of your subscriptions, loans and installment plans. Actions in this section update MoneyFlow records. To cancel an actual subscription or change a payment, contact its provider.

Support and updates

If you find an issue or have a question about using MoneyFlow, use the contact details on the support page. Include your app version, iOS version and the steps that led to the issue.

App features may change with updates. If these terms change, we will publish the revised version here and update its date. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law.
